How to Delete Your Account

In compliance with Google Play Developer Policies, we provide an easy, in-app method for deleting your account and associated data. Please follow these steps:

1. Open the RCS Mobile App on your device.
2. Log in to your account.
3. Navigate to the Profile or Settings tab from the bottom navigation bar.
4. Scroll to the bottom of the page and tap on Security & Privacy (or similar menu).
5. Tap on the Delete Account button.
6. Read the warning prompt carefully. You will be asked to confirm your password or enter a verification code to proceed.
7. Confirm the deletion.

Upon successful deletion, you will be automatically logged out of the application, and your JWT authentication token will be immediately invalidated.

What Information is Deleted

When you request account deletion, the following data is permanently removed from our active Django databases:

• Your personal profile information (Name, Phone Number, Email).
• Your hashed passwords and authentication tokens.
• Your personal catering preferences.
• Your device information.

Information Retained for Legal & Operational Reasons

Please note that as a corporate catering system, certain data cannot be immediately erased due to legal and operational compliance. The following information may be retained:

• Historical Order Data: Past catering orders associated with your employee ID are retained for company auditing, billing, and accounting purposes. This data will be anonymized where possible.
• System Logs: Non-personally identifiable server logs retained temporarily for security and debugging purposes.
